Intermediate Diaphragms


Intermediate steel diaphragms are available in a variety of structural shapes and are manufactured to design standards and specifications.  Utilized by many state and local contracts, steel diaphragms are used in with prestressed concrete girders as a transverse stiffener to assist in maintaining girder geometry.
